(OS1)® Carpet Care Workshop: Testimonials for two day workshop held at the Energy Solutions Arena.

	Tom Lambert, Service Point We came to this (OS1) workshop to understand the new way of doing carpet care and cleaning. For our customers it's a better way to provide a higher level of service at a much reduced cost with an overall better quality. This is a program that we'll definitely introduce to our customers as soon as we get back.
	Scott Evans, Varsity Contractors I enjoyed the class. Grateful to be here, the thing I liked best is it had all the priorities in order. It cared about people first, that matters a lot to me and it matters a lot to our company and that's way I appreciated this the most, because it cared about people.
	Jonathan Campbell, Clean Tech I'm here at the (OS1) Carpet Cleaning class and have to say that I had a great, educational time. John is a fantastic presenter--not only the articulation but the anecdotes and tying it in with scientific detail. There were a lot of take aways, obviously there has been a great journey about learning about the equipment, old technology, introduction of the new technology both in equipment and a chemical side which I truly think will enhance our ability to educate our customers, help train our employees, and produce fantastic, world class results. It was very educational, a great three days and I'm looking forward to the next class. The (OS1) workshop has been a great help to us at Clean Tech the knowledge that John provides in regards to technology, the equipment advances the ability to educate our customers and our employees on the environmental benefits, the indoor air quality benefits, and the application of the process for the benefit of the occupants of the building is fantastic. It's really great stuff to take back and I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction with the other members.

	Jose Alvarez, Service Point The thing I like most about the workshop is, I've been to two of them before and I'm still amazed at the level of detail beyond just showing you what to do. That's probably the best thing. It's a very good program, it's all inclusive, a lot of information, a lot of background--I think that's very helpful. I love the (OS1) Carpet Care Program.
	Dan Knight, Energy Solutions Arena I was privileged enough to attend the (OS1) Carpet Care Workshop and I found it to be very informative and the information to be good. I especially enjoyed the scientific explanations and so forth that John did in the mornings. Some of the things I didn't understand or was confused about how they worked--what the science behind the systems was--I found to be very good. The machines and so forth I've used quite a bit before, but I didn't understand why the system was supposed to work and I really enjoyed having that explained to me here.
	Paul Cagle, The Kings-The Cleaning Specialists It was a pleasure to be at the first Carpet Cleaning Seminar with (OS1). I'm sure many people have talked about the benefit of the process, cleaning for health, the tools we're using, the fact that all of the chemicals are pH neutral...To me the things that stood out most was after we cleaned the carpet, I've never seen the carpet look so clean in appearance. It's also beneficial to know that when we walk away we're walking away from carpet that we know that we're not leaving anything in the carpet that is going to affect the carpet, the people who are living and working and going to school in this facility. We know we're leaving it in a clean, healthy state. So I guess the thing that stood out to me the most was how clean and how incredibly intense the cleaning process was on carpet fiber. I've never seen it done that way, I've been to a lot of different training programs, IICRC, this is by far the best thing I've ever seen. This is a serious cleaning, and I mean it, it is the most serious cleaning I've ever seen. We just know, by the look of the carpet, the feel of the carpet--it feels new, it doesn't feel sticky. It feels like how it did when you first bought it and put it down on the ground. That's the thing that stood out to me the most. (OS1) carpet care is serious carpet cleaning. I love the (OS1) carpet care process because 1. it incorporates what Dr. Berry says about what clean really is which is this: removing unwanted matter from the environment and putting it in its proper place, and it makes total sense. 2. We're cleaning for health first, and then appearance. And when you're cleaning for health first, appearance takes care of itself. And not only does that work on the janitorial end, on regular routine in buildings, it works on carpet cleaning as well. 3. Without a doubt, it treats cleaning workers as first class citizens. It gives them incredible training, incredible knowledge about where carpet came from, what it's made out of, what they're dealing with, how to test it, how to find out what is in the carpet that we need to remove. It gives them chemicals, it gives them the proper tools, it gives them the proper training to be able to take what's in there and get it out, and make it clean.
	Jim Ginnaty, South East Alaska Regional Healthcare Consortium (SEARHC) I thought it was a great class, we learned a lot about different things. The things that we did learn here, I'll be able to take this back home to bring this to the rest of our crew and we'll have clean, healthy carpet as well as a clean, healthy built environment. I think this was a great class with a lot of benefits to our staff, our patients, and our company. We're looking forward to getting this going in Alaska and being the premier (OS1) group from Alaska.
